Perth Metro Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.  Once your order is received we will contact you, via e-mail or phone, to arrange a suitable time and date for your delivery. If you order contains items that are currently out of stock you will receive an email or phone call advising you of the lead-time.

If you are located within the Perth Metropolitan Area, there is a flat delivery fee of $50, $80 and $120 depending on your location. 

If we do not deliver to your post code please contact us and we will get a quote for delivery for you. 

Ochoco will not be held accountable for any delivery delays after your item(s) has been sent or damage that may occur during transit.

Ochoco is not responsible for any items that do not fit into your house, apartment, your lift leading to your property, stairways, corridors, and doorways, and we will not refund if this occurs. 

Store Pick-up

You will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection.
