Why Choose Colombo Light Grey Runner Rug?
- Textured hand-woven runner designed for everyday hallway wear
- Diamond pattern adds depth while staying clean and contemporary
- Great for entryways, corridors and transitional spaces in Perth homes
- Ideal for adding warmth and protection to hard floors
Where Does Colombo Light Grey Runner Rug Work Best?
Perfect for hallways, entryways and narrow walk-through spaces. A runner helps define movement through the home, reduces noise underfoot, and protects flooring in high-traffic areas while adding warmth and visual continuity.
Textured Hand-Woven Construction
Colombo runners are hand woven with a structured surface texture that holds up well in busy areas. The low-to-mid texture profile adds grip and visual depth without feeling bulky in tighter spaces.
Materials & Fibre Notes
- 80% Wool — naturally resilient and insulating, ideal for everyday performance.
- 20% Polyester — supports structure and durability in high-traffic areas.
Choosing the Right Runner Size
- 80 × 320cm — ideal for standard hallways and long corridors
- Leave ~10–20cm of floor visible each side for a balanced “runner” look
- In entryways, position the runner to start just inside the door swing
Rug Cleaning Guide
Vacuum regularly (flat head where appropriate), rotate end-to-end for even wear, and blot spills promptly (don’t rub). This rug is a Wool and Polyester blend, so cleaning instructions differ slightly between the two fibres. For the full picture for both materials, see our full Rug Cleaning Guide.
